My Current Role

I am currently the Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement at livingHR, an HR agency based in Tampa, Florida.

My Current Role

Accomplishments:

  • Our SEO/keyword strategy enabled us to rank on page #1 on Google for one of our newly published blogs, therefore increasing our website traffic by 25.58% quarter over quarter.
  • Decreased our cost per lead from $88/lead to $29/lead.
  • Established Marketing to Sales handoff strategy to ensure leads are qualified.
  • Launched our LinkedIn newsletter and generated 3,600+ subscribers
  • Since starting my role, I’ve work hard to clean up our email list and segment our audience which in return improved our email health score from a 4 to an 8 (See screenshots below)

My Role at the HubSpot Agency

In my role as an Inbound Marketing Specialist at a HubSpot agency, I got the chance to work with clients from different industries, such as:

I acted as the main point of contact for these clients, strategized for their marketing campaigns, executed these deliverables by collaborating with content and design teams. Additionally, I reported on campaign performance (leads, clicks, conversion, etc) and used analytics to inform my future strategies. I built monthly and quarterly reports for all of my clients which included in-depth metrics and analysis of website traffic, conversion rates, paid ads ROI, lead generation (MQLs, SQLS, Opportunities), keyword rankings, social media analytics, and more.


Due to my non-disclosure agreement, I cannot share client names or work samples but I would love to walk you through those specific examples if we get the chance to meet!

My Clients

Projects and accomplishments:


  • Using blog optimization and keyword research, I helped my Cyber Security client rank as position #1 on Google, increasing their organic traffic and number of conversions.
  • My SaaS client's goal for 2022 was to reach a certain number of yearly organic traffic sessions. To do that, I recommended that we increase the number of blog posts per month, focus on curating pillar pages and continuously update/optimize older content using the E.A.T method. The results were great as we surpassed our goal by 140% and exceeded the number of organic sessions.
  • Another client of mine is a family-owned publishing company, targeting Information Systems professors. In order to increase their leads, specifically when they attend conferences, I designed and created a catalog with their textbook offerings, including QR codes with trackable URLs, so they could input all contacts into their database and convert them into customers!


My role as

Digital Marketing Manager

I worked as a digital marketing manager for a fashion/beauty and health/wellness blog. I wore many hats including managing all content and editorial calendars, supervising and managing a team of digital specialists, social media coordinators, interns and influencers.


Here are some highlights of my experience:

  • Helped lead a rebrand by redesigning their website, building a brand guide and conducting a S.W.O.T analysis
  • Collaborated with external writers and influencers to curate blogs and user-generated content that helped increase brand visibility
  • Launched our e-commerce store (shirts, notebooks, stickers)
  • Built email marketing campaigns using segmentation by interest (fashion, beauty, home decor, fitness, wellness, and more)
  • Managed and built paid ads including curating copy, designing ad creative, monitoring spend and conversions
  • Collaborated with local businesses for partnerships and giveaways
